Dr. Neuman has been conducting forensic psychological assessments since 1977. She has served on the Sacramento County Superior Court Criminal, Family Law, and Juvenile Court panels of psychological evaluators since 1986. She is a member of the California Psychological Association and a past member of their Ethics Committee. She serves as an expert reviewer of consumer complaints for the California Board of Psychology.
