I am a Florida Licensed Psychologist practicing in Boca Raton, FL. I work closely with a adult/geriatric board-certified psychiatrist in the treatment of a variety of conditions.

I take an ecclectic approach in the treatment of individuals, as I belive that each person needs to be understood for their own strenths and weaknesses and their treatment needs to be tailored to them. I have a variety of clinical, supervisory, and teaching experiences that have provided me with the ability to understand and help people with a wide-range of challenges and can approach each person as an individual.

I earned my Master of Science and Doctor of Psychology degrees in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale. While earning my degrees, I worked at an outpatient clinic that specialized in the treatment of children and families and I assessed kids for learning disabilities and well as gifted placement. I served as the program coordinator for a speciality clinic that focused on the assessment and treatment of Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder and I assisted in the supervision of doctoral trainees. Additionally, I worked at a general adult outpatient center where I treated young adults through geriatrics with a variety of mental health concerns.

I completed my predoctoral internship at Broughton Hospital, a psychiatric hospital in North Carolina. Major rotations included Acute Adult, Long-term Adult, and Specialty Services (Adolescents and Geriatrics). Major activities included crisis stabilization, psychological testing, and group therapy in which a treatment-team approach was utilized. I also worked at an outpatient clinic during my internship year, serving children through older adults and provided both assessment and treatment to patients.

My postdoctoral residency consisted of neuropsychological/psychological testing, individual child therapy, parent training, individual adult therapy, and teaching of graduate courses.
