Dr. Veurink is a psychotherapist with thiry years of experience in private practice. He holds an APA-approved doctorate in clinical psychology, a graduate degree in theology and has four years of post-doctoral training in psychoanalysis. Dr. Veurink is licensed as a psychologist (PSY14007) and a marriage, family, child counselor (MFC14374). In addition, he is endorsed by his denomination (American Baptist Churches, USA) as a pastoral counselor.

Dr. Veurink conducts individual psychotherapy and marital therapy from a psychoanalytic perspective. He works primarily with adults and older adolescents. He practices his specialty in psychoanalysis with a diverse population, but he also specializes in working with people of faith who may feel uncertain whether their personal beliefs will be understood or respected by a psychotherapist.
