I received my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the George Washington University in Washington D.C.

I have been in private practice in Sacramento for the past 25 years. Working with individuals, couples and families, I offer new ways of coping and strategies for change.

I help people with problems such as anxiety, panic, depression, relationship issues and stress. I understand people in the context of their families and relationships, working with them to reduce conflict and promote harmony and balance.

Please call to schedule an appointment. Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 9:00 until 5:00, and on Friday morning.

I am not a contracted provider with any insurance companies. If you would like to have me bill your insurance, you will need to check with your plan to see if you have out of network or non-participating provider benefits.

If you need my help in determining your out of network benefits, I will be happy to have my bookkeeper check your benefits for you.
